    Once you have your data or content in place, the next step is to select the table or spreadsheet you want to transpose. To select an entire table, click on the circle located beside column A (or above the first row) of your spreadsheet. A pop-up menu will appear, select the Table Actions option. Alternatively, you can also click the Table button located in the lower right corner of the page.
