We’ve always been told to “budget our money” as early as we were young. We were taught by our parents that we should not spend recklessly on stuff that are not important and should always keep a good amount for future uses—and by future, it could either mean the near or the distant future.
But to be practical, having a budget is indeed important for all of us. A budget plan is not only applicable for individuals but also to households, companies, businesses, organizations, and schools. A budget plan creates a spending plan for the money, and it helps to ensure that you will always have enough money for the more important things. Continue scrolling down to learn more about the importance of budget plans, as well as the budget template that we have to offer for you.

Once you have found the template that works for you, download it by clicking on the green Download button the accompanies the template, and save it on to your computer. Open the file using office programs, such as Microsoft Excel or the open-sourced Apache OpenOffice, and make the necessary edits. After you’re done making the necessary edits, save it back on to your computer as the finished product. You may now choose between having a printed copy of the budget template, or using it directly on your portable device (e.g., laptop, tablet computer, mobile phone).
Have it printed on high-quality paper and set your printer to print in the best quality. For even more budget plan templates in the XLS, or XLSx format, check out our other collection of Excel Budget templates.
