6 Steps to Prepare Meeting Minutes
Step 1: Create the Document and Add Basic Details
Create a document in your favorite document editor (MS Word, Google Docs, etc.) and put a title saying ‘Company Board Meeting Minutes’. Below that write the various details of the company like the address, contact details, email, website, etc.
Step 2: Details of the Meeting

Step 4: Write Down the Agenda and Other Related Details

Step 5: Announcements
If any new announcement is made in the meeting it is added where all the agendas and their related details end. It may be a summary of all the tasks that are ready to be implemented for which the date has also been fixed.
Step 6: Other Reminders
If the board members are to be given a reminder, say for example the date, time and venue of the next meeting it needs to be put in this section. It also needs the name and signature of the person approving this meeting.
