Step 1: Create an Excel Sheet
Create a spreadsheet. At the top, write down the class dates from the first to last day of the month/week. On the left side of the spreadsheet, list- goals and objectives, materials used, procedure, accommodations and evaluation. Step 2: Goals Objectives
Determine the goals that you want your art class students to reach. Step 3: Materials
List out what materials are needed for your art class. Write a detailed step-by-step outline of how you want to execute the lesson. Step 5: Other Arrangements

These arrangements may be made for those students whose skill levels exceed most of the class and also for those students whose skill levels are a bit slower than the other students. This way, both will be given equal opportunities to show their creativity.
Step 6: Evaluation
This should be done at the end of the class. You can evaluate how your lesson plan worked or what you would change in future classes. Observe the students during the lesson and see what interests them. Note what art lessons they understand and excel at and the ones they do not. All of these evaluations will help adjust your lesson plan accordingly for further classes.
