5. Job interview invitation: Normally, people send application documents when they apply for a job and they wait until they are being contacted by the employer. 6. Handwritten invitation: The advantage of using this type of invitation is that it really promotes the event host to add a personal touch to their invitation statement. However, the disadvantage of using this is that it requires them to exert more effort which is why handwritten invitations are only recommended for small events.
