This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is entered into between:

and

Del-Com Enterprise, a client seeking marketing services, with a business address at 3454 Carter Street, Olive Branch, IL 62969, represented by Shane Dale, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

Purpose

The purpose of this SLA is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Agency will provide marketing services to the Client.

1. Services Provided

The Agency agrees to provide the following marketing services to the Client:

1.1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Description: Improve organic search engine rankings, optimize website content, and increase online visibility.

1.2. Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):

Description: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms for targeted traffic and conversions.

1.3. Content Marketing:

Description: Develop high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and other platforms to attract and retain customers.

2. Service Levels and Response Times

2.1. Service Availability: The Agency will make its best effort to ensure that the marketing services are available and accessible to the Client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for planned maintenance periods.

2.2. Response Time: The Agency will respond to all Client inquiries and requests within 24 hours during regular business hours, which are defined as Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST).

3. Reporting and Analytics

3.1. The Agency will provide regular reports to the Client on the performance of the marketing services. Reports will be delivered on a monthly basis and will include key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

4. Billing and Payment

4.1. The Client agrees to pay the Agency according to the payment terms specified in the separate agreement or contract between the parties.

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party if the other party is in breach of any material provision of this SLA.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Contact Information

The parties agree to maintain updated contact information for the duration of this agreement. In case of any changes, the parties will promptly inform each other in writing.
