SALES TRAINING VENUE AGREEMENT

Whereas:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Sales Training Venue Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Supplier will rent or utilize the venue provided by the Venue Provider for sales training sessions.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1. Venue Description

The Venue Provider agrees to provide the Supplier access to [Venue Name] located at [Venue Address]. The description of the venue facilities, including available rooms, amenities, and any additional services provided, is detailed in Exhibit A attached hereto.

2.2. Duration and Schedule

2.3. Rental Fee and Payment Terms

2.4. Venue Access and Use

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice in the event of a breach of terms or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of obligations outlined herein.
