Sales Onboarding Buddy Program Contract

1. Purpose

Both Company and Buddy understand and agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the program.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Notice: Either the Company or the Buddy may terminate their participation in the Sales Onboarding Buddy Program by providing at least [Specify Number] days written notice to the other party.

6.2 Immediate Termination for Cause: Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the unconditional right to immediately terminate the Buddy’s participation in the program without prior notice if the Buddy's conduct is found to be unethical, illegal, or otherwise detrimental to the welfare and progress of the new sales team member(s) or the Company’s business operations.

6.3 Obligations upon Termination: Upon termination, the Buddy shall return any Company property in their possession and provide a comprehensive handover of their responsibilities to the designated individual as specified by the Company.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the Buddy’s actions, decisions, or advice given during the course of the Sales Onboarding Buddy Program. The role of the Buddy is strictly advisory, aimed at facilitating the integration of new sales team members into the Company.

7.2 No Guarantee of Success: The Company makes no warranties or guarantees concerning the success or improvement of new sales team member(s)’ performance as a result of the Sales Onboarding Buddy Program. The ultimate success of onboarding efforts depends on various factors, including but not limited to the individual efforts of the new sales team member(s).

8. Governing Law

9. Modification
