Sales Training Agreement

SALES TRAINING AGREEMENT

This Sales Training Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

[Your Company Name], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of [Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and

[Name], an individual with a mailing address at [Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Sales Professional."

WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of selling office supplies and equipment;

WHEREAS, the Sales Professional desires to receive training from the Company to enhance their skills and knowledge related to sales techniques, strategies, and office products; and

WHEREAS, the Company is willing to provide such training to the Sales Professional, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Training Program

1.1 The Company agrees to provide the Sales Professional with access to its sales training program (the "Training Program"), which may include but is not limited to:

a. Sales techniques and strategies;

b. Product knowledge and understanding of office supplies and equipment;

c. Company policies and procedures;

d. Customer relationship management;

e. Sales software and tools;

f. Sales role-playing exercises;

g. Sales scripts and templates;

h. Training materials and resources; and

i. Other relevant training modules.

1.2 The Sales Professional agrees to actively participate in and complete the Training Program as outlined by the Company.

2. Training Schedule

2.1 The Company and the Sales Professional shall mutually agree upon a training schedule, including the duration, location (if applicable), and frequency of training sessions.

2.2 Any changes to the training schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

3. Compensation

3.1 In consideration for the training provided by the Company, the Sales Professional shall receive compensation as follows:

a. Hourly rate of $[Amount];

b. Payment on a bi-weekly basis.

3.2 Any additional expenses related to training, such as travel or materials, shall be reimbursed by the Company only if mutually agreed upon in writing.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 The Sales Professional acknowledges that during the course of the Training Program, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company, including but not limited to customer lists, sales strategies, and pricing information.

4.2 The Sales Professional agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose it to any third party, either during or after the term of this Agreement.

5. Termination

5.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either Party with written notice to the other Party if there is a breach of any material term or condition of this Agreement.

5.2 Upon termination, the Sales Professional shall promptly return any training materials or resources provided by the Company.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
