WHEREAS, the Sponsor wishes to provide sponsorship to the Sponsored Entity, and the Sponsored Entity agrees to accept such sponsorship under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

I. Scope Of Agreement

The Sponsorship shall encompass the following:

• Product Launch Promotion: The Sponsor agrees to support the marketing and promotion of Sponsored Entity’s new product, [Product Name], through various channels and activities.

II. Term And Termination

This Agreement shall commence on [Month-Day-Year], and shall remain in effect until [Month-Day-Year], unless terminated earlier. The Agreement may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of both parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of thirty (30) days in case of a material breach by the other party.

III. Sponsorship Benefits

In consideration for the Sponsorship, the Sponsored Entity agrees to provide the following benefits to the Sponsor:

IV. Obligations And Responsibilities

• The Sponsor will work closely with the Sponsored Entity to ensure successful integration of [Product Name] with their technology stack.

For the Sponsored Entity

V. Compensation

VI. Confidentiality

Both parties involved in this Sponsorship have mutually agreed to ensure the maintenance of confidentiality with regard to any sensitive or proprietary information that might be shared or exchanged between them throughout the duration of their involvement in this Sponsorship.

VII. Indemnification And Liability

The parties involved in this agreement have mutually consented to provide each other with financial or legal assistance in the event of any legal disputes that might arise. This also includes an understanding that they will jointly shoulder the expenses incurred from defending themselves in such legal controversies.

VIII. Governing Law

This Agreement, in all respects, shall be subject to governance and interpretation in coherence with the laws that are currently established and practiced within the confines of the State of [Jurisdiction].

IX. Amendments And Waivers
