Storage Facility Waiver

I. Introduction

Storage Facility:

[STORAGE FACILITY NAME], referred to herein as the "Storage Facility", with an address at [STORAGE FACILITY ADRESS]. The Storage Facility is duly licensed and authorized to provide storage services.

Storer:

[STORER NAME], referred to herein as the Storer, with an address at [STORER ADRESS]. The Storer is seeking storage services from the Storage Facility for personal belongings/items.

II. Terms of Use

The Storer agrees to use the storage space provided by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] solely for the purpose of storing lawful items that are not perishable, hazardous, or illegal. The Storer acknowledges that any use of the storage space that violates this agreement will result in immediate termination of the services and possible legal action.

III. Terms of Storage

Duration:

The storage period shall commence on [DATE] and terminate on [DATE] unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any extension of the storage period shall be subject to mutual agreement.

Items Stored:

IV. Risks Acknowledgment

V. Liability Release

By signing this Agreement, the Storer releases [YOUR COMPANY NAME], including its agents, employees, and affiliates, from all liability for any loss or damage to stored items, as well as any personal injury or loss that the Storer or any third party may suffer as a result of using the storage facilities, unless such damage or injury is caused by the direct negligence or willful misconduct of the Storage Provider.

VI. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective as of the date of signing and will continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party.

VII. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Storer and [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. It supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, or undertakings. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

VIII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
