Even in creating a diet plan and distinguishing between healthy and unhealthy food, a mind map is a great tool to use. Part of living a healthy lifestyle is eating the right kind of food, the ones that contain a good amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and other essential nutrients. When creating your mind map, you may arrange the different food or dishes according to their nutritional value. An example of this is placing pork or any meat under protein, and placing fish under calcium or omega-3. And if you're planning to go vegan, you can organize your food into groups instead, namely: fruits, vegetables, bread, and milk alternatives.
On the other hand, we have unhealthy food which includes fast food, junk food, and those high in preservatives. On your mind map, make sure that these are distinguishable from the healthy ones. Thankfully, our mind maps are already structured and all you need to do is to add the names of the food on the spaces provided. The process is easy and straightforward, you'll be able to create your food mind map from start to finish in no time.
