To whom it may concern:

I, Nathan A. Morgan of 498 Orchard Street, Burnsville, Minnesota 55337, the Principal, hereby authorize and grant limited powers to Crystal B. Hack of 4549 Sumner Street, Petersburg, New York 12138, the Attorney-in-Fact.

The Attorney-in-Fact shall have the limited power and authority to perform and undertake on my behalf the following acts only:

Transact on my behalf with respect to my bank account in the United NY Bank which includes the authority to make, receive, and endorse checks and drafts, deposit and withdraw funds, and negotiate or transfer checks or any instruments connected to my bank account, and
Maintain and access my safety deposit box of the same bank in my name and add or remove contents of the box.

The granted limited powers may be revoked by the Principal at any time upon authorizing revocation.

This power of attorney shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
