1. Make Separate Calendars for Different Purposes
HR is one of the busiest departments in the company, with all its activities focusing on employee hiring, training, staffing, performance assessment, and managing payroll. If you make one calendar to accommodate every activity, then it would be impossible not to make a mess of your schedule. This is why you need to create separate calendars for specific tasks. Make one for payroll, another for attendance and absences, and an extra for events and workshops. Your calendar should focus on one operation so that you can track things quickly when you need it. This is also beneficial when you want to have a clutter-free schedule and be not afraid to overlook an appointment or tasks.
2. Carefully Plot Dates
If you want to create a 12-month calendar for the present year and the next one, refer to the correct dates for every month for those specific periods. This is crucial to your everyday activity because you will refer to your calendar to know what day is it and if there is anything that should be done for the moment. 3. Place a Legend for Reference
