A Training Flowchart is a diagram or a detailed model that consists of a process of a training program. The training program shall be handled by the training officer. The initial step of the process is located at the top of the diagram, and the last step is located at the bottom. These are enclosed in shapes and interconnected using arrows with the proceeding steps. Its primary goal is to make the reader understand the process of something. To distinguish one level from another, color coding is used.

You cannot start making the sample chart if you do not have an idea of how it goes. You must know the training process like the back of your hand. On a piece of paper, write down the different stages of the training process and draft the flowchart. Once you have chosen your program, start making your simple chart. Start with shapes and connect them using arrows or lines. After these, you may fill the boxes with the different stages or levels of the training process. Don't forget to color-code them too.
The editable chart must be free from errors. Once you are done making the flowchart, assess it for errors. You might have spelling issues or lacking a certain step. Don't be in such a hurry making it; Instead, be meticulous.
Submit your basic chart for the initial approval. Your supervisor or head shall check its accuracy. When certain corrections have to be made, do it immediately and submit again. Once it's approved, you are now ready to produce a final copy.
You can now print the blank chart. You may print it in your chosen material. Check your printer and its ink levels to prevent any problems after printing. Or, better yet, conduct a test print first before printing it finally.
