Step 1: Prepare a Google Calendar to Share with a Group
Go to your Google Calendar main page on a web browser, click on the plus (+) icon next to the “Other Calendars” label in the left menu panel, and select the “Create New Calendar” option in the list. On the Settings page, set the necessary details before clicking on the Create Calendar button. You can find the new calendar in the “My Calendars” list.

Step 2: Share Your Google Calendar with a Group
Open your Google Calendar main page, hover your mouse cursor over the desired calendar in the “My Calendars” list, click on the three dots, and select the “Setting and Sharing” option. Use the “Share with Specific People” section to share your calendar with individual contacts. Use the “Access Permissions” section to share your calendar with your organization.

Step 3: Send a Google Calendar ID to Group Members
On your Google Calendar page, hover your cursor over the designated calendar in the “My Calendars” list and select “Settings and Sharing” after clicking on the three dots. Go down to the Integrate Calendar section, copy the desired calendar’s ID, and share the ID with group members. Group members with the ID need to open their Google Calendar, click the plus (+) icon next to the “Other Calendars” label, select “Subscribe to Calendar,” and paste the ID into the “Add a Calendar” field.
