How to Create/Make Google Forms

Step 1: Turn on Your Device, and Toggle into the Google Forms Icon
Google Forms can be accessed wherever, whenever, and on any device. Just make sure you have the Google Workspace app or the Google Forms app.

Step 2: Choose between creating a Google Form for Personal Use or Business Use.
After clicking Google Forms, you are directed to the home page which enables you to choose between creating a Google Form for personal use or Google Form for business use. Choose whichever you prefer. -
Step 3: Sign up or Log in to your Google Email
To start using Google Forms, you have to sign up or log in to your Google accounts. You may choose your personal or business account.

Step 4: Click Blank to Start a New Form
“Blank” is found on the upper left side of your screen. -
Step 5: Customize your Form by Adding Colors, and Choosing Themes
More templates are available on Template.net. There are plenty of ready-made templates at the Template Gallery. You may browse and choose from personal, work, or educational use. -
Step 6: Name your Form
Put your preferred title on your form to get started. -
Step 7: Start Inputting the Contents on your Form
After titling, your form will be automatically saved on your Drive. This will allow you to input content on your form without having to worry about any errors. Begin inputting by giving a short-form description. This comes right after the Title. -
Step 8: Add Question
The next step that you have to do is to add in your question. With this, you have the liberty to choose between test types, such as multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, or paragraph forms. The option can be found on the right part of the question section. -
Step 9: Add Options
The options part depends on your test types. The option to add choices usually comes right after the question line. -
Step 10: Toggle the “Required” Button
Depending on your need, the questions can be “required” which means all responses must be gathered, and the question cannot be blank. Toggle the button from left to right to put it into the “Required” state, and vice versa if not required.

Step 11: The Question Section can be Duplicated, Deleted, or be Added with a New Part.
The question section is composed of different features and capabilities. There is a duplicate and delete button on the downright side of the section. More settings can be found on the right side of the section.

Step 12: Manage and Send your Form Link
After you are done, you may manage your link on the “Send” button located at the right-most part of your Google Form page. After clicking the “Send” button, choose between sending the link via email, pre-filled link, or embed HTML.
Can I collaborate with others in making a Google Form?
You can certainly collaborate with others in making your form. Click on the three dots on the right-most part of your Google Form page just beside your Google profile photo. Click on the “Add Collaborators” to add your people.
Can I used Google Form for free?
Google Forms can be used for free forever, as long as you have a Google account.
How do I share my completed Google Form?
After completing your form, you may click on the “Send” button located on the right-most part of the page. In there you will be given three options, either to send via email, get a pre-filled link, or embed HTML.
