How to Embed Tweet in Microsoft Sway?

To embed a tweet into your Microsoft Sway presentation is certainly quick and easy. Do take note of the following steps.

  • Step 1: Click “+” to Insert a Card


    To get started, once you’re on your Microsoft Sway homepage, go on a “Storyline” mode to add a title to your “Title” card. Afterward, click “+” to tap “Media” and choose the “Embed” option.

  • Step 2: Embed Tweet


    On another tab, open the tweet that you want to embed. Click the three-dotted icon on the right-hand portion of the tweet and tap “Embed Tweet”.

  • Step 3: Copy the Code


    After doing step 2, you will be directed to a new window where you can copy the embed code. Immediately click on the “Copy Code” in order to successfully copy the embed code.

  • Step 4: Paste the Twitter Code into your “Tweet” Card


    Go back to your Sway tab and paste the embed code into your “Tweet Card”.

  • Step 5: Preview Your Presentation


    Check your embedded tweet by clicking the “Play” button.
