How to Write Job Satisfaction Questionnaire For Best Results?

Step 1: Pay Attention to the Length

Research has proved that the optimal survey length is around 10 questions only. It means that you must be alert about the length of your questionnaire as the right amount of questions can also bring you the best outcome.
