Dear Mr. Hayes,
I am writing to express my intent to lease the residential property located at 789 Oak Drive, Springfield, IL 62701 (the "Property"). After visiting the Property and reviewing its features, I believe it would be an ideal home for me. I propose a lease term of 12 months, commencing on January 1, 2061, with a monthly rent of $1,500.
