Dear Mr. Lloyd,
I am drafting this correspondence to formally inform you of my clear intention to initiate the process of establishing a Month-to-Month Lease Agreement for the residential property situated at the address of 456 Oakwood Avenue, in the city of Anytown, within the state of California, bearing the postal code 12345.
