Parties:

Grand Union, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," represented by Stella Ellis.

Purpose:

This Marketing Brand Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for both the Company and the Marketing Team to maintain and enhance the Company's brand identity and consistency in all marketing activities.

1. Brand Guidelines and Assets:

The Company agrees to provide the Marketing Team with the latest version of the brand guidelines and all necessary brand assets (logos, fonts, color codes, etc.) for use in marketing materials within 90 days.

The Marketing Team agrees to adhere strictly to the provided brand guidelines and ensure that all marketing collateral and activities align with the Company's brand identity.

2. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:

The Marketing Team will develop and present marketing campaign proposals to the Company for approval at least 14 days prior to the campaign's launch date.

The Company agrees to review and provide feedback/approval on campaign proposals within thirty (30) days.

The Marketing Team will implement approved campaigns in accordance with the agreed-upon timelines and budget.

3. Content Creation and Distribution:

The Marketing Team will create and distribute content in line with the Company's brand voice and messaging strategy.

The Company agrees to provide the necessary information, subject matter experts, and resources to support content creation within 30 days.

The Marketing Team will ensure that all content is reviewed and approved by the Company before publishing or distribution.

4. Brand Monitoring and Management:

The Marketing Team will regularly monitor social media, online reviews, and other relevant platforms for brand mentions and engage with customers as needed.

The Company agrees to promptly inform the Marketing Team of any emerging brand-related issues or crises.

5. Reporting and Performance Metrics:

The Marketing Team will provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance and brand-related metrics, including but not limited to brand awareness, sentiment, and engagement.

Reporting frequency and format will be agreed upon between the Company and the Marketing Team.

6. Review and Amendment:

This SLA will be reviewed and, if necessary, amended on an annual basis or as required by either party.

7. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to this SLA, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach a resolution.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate this SLA with written notice of 14 days to the other party.

9. Governing Law:

This SLA is governed by the laws of [Your Company Address].
