Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Employee Conduct Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. All employees are expected to review and understand this policy thoroughly and comply with its provisions.
Reporting Violations
Employees who witness or experience any violations of this policy should report them to their immediate supervisor or the designated HR representative. Reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken to address the situation.
