This Marketing Event Speaker Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], a company registered under the laws of the United States, located at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and John Riley, an independent speaker ("Speaker"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. Event Details

A. Event Name: The event shall be referred to as "TechTalk Symposium" and is scheduled to take place on October 20, 2053, starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM.

B. Event Location: The event will be held at TechVista Conference Center, located at 789 Tech Boulevard, Techville, USA.

II. Speaker's Role

A. Presentation: The Speaker agrees to deliver a presentation titled "The Future of Technology" during the event. The presentation shall be of approximately 45 minutes.

B. Topic: The topic of the presentation will be Emerging Tech Trends in 2054, and it shall align with the event's theme, which is "Innovations Shaping Tomorrow."

C. Materials: The Speaker shall provide all necessary materials and equipment required for the presentation, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and audiovisual aids.

III. Compensation

A. Speaker Fee: In consideration for Speaker's services, the Company shall pay Speaker a fee of $1,400, which shall be paid within 7 days after the event's successful completion.

B. Travel Expenses: The Company agrees to reimburse Speaker for reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the event.

IV. Promotion and Marketing

A. Speaker Promotion: Company shall include the Speaker's name and bio on all event marketing materials, including the event website, promotional emails, and social media posts.

B. Company Promotion: The Speaker agrees to promote the event on their social media channels, website, and email newsletters.

V. Intellectual Property

A. Ownership: All materials and content created by the Speaker for the presentation, including slides and handouts, shall remain the intellectual property of the Speaker.

B. Use of Materials: The Company may use the Speaker's materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to the event, with proper attribution to the Speaker.

VI. Confidentiality

A. Non-Disclosure: The Speaker agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the Company during the course of this agreement.

B. Data Privacy: The Speaker shall comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations when handling any personal data collected during the event.

VII. Termination

A. Termination by Company: Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement with written notice to Speaker in the event of Speaker's breach of any terms or obligations under this agreement.

B. Termination by Speaker: The Speaker may terminate this agreement with written notice to Company if Company fails to fulfill its payment obligations.

VIII. Governing Law

A. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

B. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of California.

IX. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the Parties.
