Details of the Event

On the day in question, at approximately 3:00 PM, I was present at the corner of Main Street and Second Avenue.

I directly observed the following events:

• I saw two individuals involved in a verbal altercation outside of the "Daily Grind" coffee shop. One individual, wearing a red jacket and blue jeans, appeared to be aggressively pointing a finger at the other, who was in a black suit and carrying a briefcase.
  

• The individual in the red jacket was loudly accusing the other of failing to meet an obligation, though I could not hear the specifics over the surrounding noise.
  

• This confrontation lasted for about five minutes before the individual in the black suit walked away, heading north on Main Street, while the other continued to shout for a few seconds before also departing in the opposite direction.
  

• During this event, several passersby stopped to observe the altercation, and one bystander used their phone, possibly to record the incident.
