Despite continuous assurances from your staff, the issues persist, and I have not received any satisfactory explanation or resolution for these delays.

This situation is highly distressing as it directly affects my personal and professional life. I strongly believe that these issues undermine your bank's reputation and integrity. Hence, I kindly request you to take immediate action to address and rectify these concerns. I expect a prompt response detailing the steps you will take to resolve this matter in a fair and expedient manner.
