Dear Ms. Carlton,

I, Lessie Johnson, hereby grant authority to Trisha Porter, who holds the position of Chief Operations Officer within TranquilNet, to act on behalf of our partnership in matters related to the implementation of the joint marketing campaign. This authority is granted effective from January 15, 2053, and remains in effect until the completion of the campaign on June 30, 2053.

The scope of authority includes but is not limited to:

Negotiating and finalizing agreements with third-party marketing agencies.
Approving and executing the budget for the joint marketing campaign.
Making decisions regarding the creative direction and content of marketing materials.

The authorized individual is further granted signatory rights for documents related to the aforementioned matters. This authority is subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

Budgetary decisions must not exceed the agreed-upon limit outlined in the partnership agreement.
Significant changes to the campaign strategy must be communicated and approved by both parties.
Monthly progress reports must be submitted to both organizations.

This letter of authority is revocable and may be terminated by Lessie Johnson with written notice to Trisha Porter. Termination of authority shall be effective upon receipt of such notice.

This letter of authority is issued in accordance with the partnership agreement between TranquilNet and SereneWave. Any actions taken by Trisha Porter within the scope of this authority shall be binding on our partnership.
