Dear Ms. Brooks,

I am writing on behalf of TranquilLink, a leading retail technology provider, to propose a partnership between our entities. We believe that a collaboration between TranquilLink and Assurance Financial Holdings can yield mutual benefits and enhance the overall financial services provided to our respective customers.

Details of the Partnership:

Purpose: The primary goal of this partnership is to offer co-branded credit cards with exclusive benefits to our customers.

Terms and Conditions: The partnership will be effective from August 1, 2050, and will continue for an initial term of three years. Both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the attached agreement.

Roles and Responsibilities: TranquilLink will design and market the co-branded credit cards. Assurance Financial Holdings will handle the issuance, management, and customer service related to the credit cards.

Confidentiality and Data Protection: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of this partnership and to comply with all relevant data protection laws.

Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this partnership with a 60-day written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.

Compliance and Legal Considerations: Both parties will conduct their activities in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to banking and consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement, the parties agree to engage in mediation, with a mediator agreed upon by both parties.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
