This partnership letter is made with the parties' intent to enter into a Joint Venture.
Terms and Conditions:
The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
Each party shall contribute resources and expertise to the joint venture.
All decisions regarding the joint venture shall be made jointly by the parties.
The parties shall have equal ownership and profit-sharing arrangements.
