I am writing this formal agreement to outline the terms and conditions for my freelance work with you. As discussed, I will deliver the contracted services to the best of my abilities and meet the specified deadlines.
You will compensate me based on the agreed rates for the tasks accomplished, with payment to be made upon receiving the invoice. You also acknowledge that the rights to the works created during this contract stay with me until full payment has been received.
