Dear Ms. Rosenfeld,
I am writing to confirm our agreement regarding my freelance services to your organization in the capacity of a Web Developer. As per our discussion held on March 1, 2050, this agreement is to define the scope, schedule, and price for the services offered.
In terms of scope, I will assist in developing and optimizing your organization's web presence. I will provide web programming, design, and maintenance services. The anticipated completion date for this project is April 15, 2050. I will invoice you monthly, and payment is expected within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
Both parties agree to treat all knowledge and information as confidential. Further, this agreement shall continue in effect indefinitely from the date mentioned above, until terminated by either party.
