1. Purpose of the Agreement

This includes, but is not limited to, detailed operations, client information, proprietary processes, real estate listings, comprehensive databases, and strategic marketing initiatives. 2. Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all information and materials related to The Company's business, clients, and potential clients that The Employee may receive or have access to during the term of their employment. 3. Obligations of the Employee

  • Return or destroy all tangible materials embodying the Confidential Information upon termination of employment or at the request of The Company.

4. Exceptions to Confidential Information

The obligations set forth herein shall not apply to any information that:

  • Is lawfully received by The Employee from a third party without a duty of confidentiality;

  • Is released for disclosure by The Company with its written consent.

5. Penalty Clause

Should The Employee breach any provisions of this Agreement, they agree to compensate The Company for all damages directly or indirectly resulting from such breach. The determination of damages shall be adjudicated by a competent court, and The Employee shall also be responsible for any legal costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by The Company in enforcing this Agreement.

6. Governing Law
