Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the CEO. This role is critical for driving our salon's overall strategic direction, growth, and profitability. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, financial activities, and the execution of strategic goals, ensuring our salon maintains its leading position in the competitive beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Lead and motivate the team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
Operations Management: Oversee the company’s business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Implement operations strategies and policies that meet company goals and objectives in terms of revenue, profitability, and market share.
Financial Management: Drive the company’s financial planning, risk management, and work with the financial team to prepare budgets, financial reports, and tax returns that align with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities. Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
Innovation and Growth: Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion or advancements in technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions within the beauty or related industries.
Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields; a Master's degree or MBA highly preferred.
