Mediation Settlement Agreement

I. Introduction

This Mediation Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [DATE], by and between [PARTY A'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as [PARTY A], and [PARTY B'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as [PARTY B].

II. Background

[PARTY A] and [PARTY B] have participated in mediation facilitated by [MEDIATOR'S NAME] to resolve the dispute arising from [Brief Description of Dispute or Matter]. The parties have reached a mutually acceptable resolution and desire to formalize their agreement.

III. Terms of Settlement

  1. Acknowledgment of Resolution:

    • Both parties acknowledge that they have participated in good faith in the mediation process and have voluntarily reached a settlement agreement.
