Dear Caleb Graves,

I am writing to inform you that my tenure as your Volleyball Coach is ending. It has been a fulfilling and rewarding run, and your contribution to the team has been an indispensable part of that experience.

From the first day you stepped onto our court, I saw a player with immense potential and a zeal to learn. Your dedication to the game and determination to improve yourself daily are admirable. I am so proud of the player and, more importantly, the person you have become through this journey. You have inspired your peers and best represent the values this academy upholds.

I am confident you have the skills to keep growing and carving your unique path, both on and off the court. Remember, success is a journey, not a destination; the key is enjoying the trip. Be consistent, be patient, and never lose sight of your goals.

The end of my coaching tenure here does not mean I won't be there for you. Feel free to contact me for advice, guidance, or a friendly chat. I sincerely hope you keep your passion for the game alive and reach new heights of success.

Take care, continue to work hard, and remember, we are Titans!

Sincerely,

David Hawthorn
