Dear Mr. Garcia,
I am writing to address a matter of concern about some recent incidents during the school's basketball team training sessions. As a coach, I am responsible for maintaining a conducive atmosphere for all players and promoting sportsmanship and team spirit.
Unfortunately, there's been a noticeable amount of negative behavior displayed lately. Disrespectful comments, aggressive playing, and lack of teamwork are some of the issues that I am observing. These actions undermine team sports principles and create an unpleasant environment for the other players.
While I understand that bad days happen, I believe that a certain level of respect and sportsmanship must always be maintained. I am confident that we can work on these issues and strive for a better playing experience for the whole team.
I hope we can address these issues collectively, fostering a mutually beneficial environment that encourages growth and success. I look forward to discussing this further in person or at our next team meeting, as appropriate.
