Reporting Procedures

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment, please follow these steps:

  • Immediately report the incident to your immediate supervisor, manager, or any other designated authority within the company.

  • Alternatively, you can report the incident directly to the HR Department or [HR Representative Name] at [HR Contact Information].

  • You may also use our anonymous reporting mechanism, [Anonymous Reporting System], to report incidents confidentially.

Confidentiality

All reports of sexual harassment will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. We will only disclose information on a need-to-know basis to ensure a fair and thorough investigation.

Investigation Process
