Yoga Class Schedule
Introduction: Welcome to our yoga classes! Below is the schedule for our upcoming sessions. We encourage you to join us as we explore various yoga practices designed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Activities:
Notes: Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. All levels are welcome, including beginners.
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Activities:
Notes: Start your day with rejuvenation and vitality. Bring a water bottle and an open mind.
Day: Friday
Time: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Activities:
Notes: Allow yourself to unwind and let go of the week's stress. Props like bolsters and blocks are available.
Day: Saturday
Notes: Bring a friend or come solo; either way, expect to leave feeling empowered and uplifted.
