The Practice Schedule serves to organize training sessions efficiently, structure activities for skill development, track progress, instill discipline, foster team cohesion, and prepare for competitions. It acts as a roadmap guiding the team toward achieving its goals and improving performance.

Additional Expectations:
Players are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of practice for warm-up and stretching.
Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled practices unless prior notice is given to the coach.
Proper hydration and nutrition before and after practice are essential for optimal performance.
Respect for teammates, coaches, and equipment is paramount during all practice sessions.
In case of inclement weather, practice may be canceled or rescheduled. Players will be notified via the team communication channels.
Remarks:
Please make sure to bring appropriate soccer gear, including cleats, shin guards, and plenty of water.
If you have any scheduling conflicts or concerns, please communicate with the coach as soon as possible.
