Plant Warranty

I. Introduction

This Plant Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [CUSTOMER NAME] and [SELLER COMPANY NAME]. The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the warranty terms and conditions for the plants purchased from [SELLER COMPANY NAME].

II. Coverage Period
