1. Introduction

This Agreement is entered into between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Firm," and [Name of Team Member], hereinafter referred to as the "Team Member," to establish the terms and conditions of the Team Member's engagement with the Firm.

2. Engagement

4.2 The Team Member agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the Firm.

5. Compensation

6. Term and Termination
