1. Pre-Opening Readiness

  • Turn on all salon equipment and test for functionality.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming, equipped with fresh magazines.

  • Stock all styling stations with necessary supplies like towels and hair products.

  • Review the appointment schedule and confirm the day's bookings.

  • Prepare the cash register and ensure all payment systems are functional.

2. Client Arrival and Service

  • Greet clients warmly and offer them a beverage or reading material.

  • Update client records with any new information or special requests.

  • Ensure that each client consults with their stylist before beginning their service.

  • Monitor time management to keep all appointments on schedule.

  • Provide personalized recommendations for products or additional services.

3. Sanitation and Safety Protocols

  • Sanitize all equipment and styling stations after each client.

  • Regularly clean and disinfect common areas, including restrooms.

  • Maintain a stock of hygiene products like hand sanitizer and masks.

  • Use only properly sterilized tools for each client.

  • Check and refill sanitization stations throughout the day.

4. End-of-Day Procedures

  • Tally daily sales and prepare bank deposit slips.

  • Secure all products and equipment, ensuring everything is locked and stored safely.

  • Set security systems and lock all doors.

5. Client Feedback and Follow-Up
