Dear Mr. Mui,
I am writing to formally request a short vacation leave from August 7, 2065 to August 13, 2065. During this time, I will be attending a culinary workshop in Tuscany, Italy. This is a unique opportunity for me to enhance my cooking skills, which I believe will ultimately benefit the restaurant.
I have reviewed my current work commitments and have scheduled my workload in a way that it will be handled during my absence. Further, I have instructed my assistant to handle any unforeseen circumstances and plan to be available on emails should the need arise.
I sincerely hope that you will grant my request for this short-term leave. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and I am looking forward to expanding my culinary skills to improve the service we provide at Savor Symphony Restaurant.
