My name is Robert Atencio, a high school teacher of Silver Crest Academy. I am writing this letter to formally inform you of my intention to take a leave of absence from work. I wish to take my annual leave from March 5, 2098, to March 10, 2098.

The reason for my absence is to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony which will happen out of state. This is a proud moment for our family, and I wish to offer my full support and presence for my child during this significant event.
