StellarCare Services is a leading credit card company looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive, or Customer Service Executive to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships between our company and its customers. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and are able to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Handle customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
Provide information about our products and services.
Resolve complaints and issues related to credit cards.
Upsell and cross-sell products whenever possible.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
