We are currently hiring a professional Business Analyst (BA) to act as a bridge, translating business requirements into functional solutions. The main task of a Business Analyst at our organization is to understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture and document requirements, and then ensure that those requirements are delivered by IT whilst supporting the business through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Understanding of business changes and needs assessment.

• Analysis of requirements and documentation.

• Assisting IT teams in the delivery of these requirements.

• Supporting the business through the change and implementation process.

• Working with a range of stakeholders and facilitate workshops to understand needs.

• Assessing and validating solutions to meet needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience using data analysis tools.

• Knowledge of various business analysis methodologies.
