Job Title: Educator
We're currently on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Educator. Your prime objective is to create and implement lesson plans, assess student performance, provide individual support for students, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with peers and parents to boost the educational experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, develop, and implement educational curriculum in line with the institution’s standards.
Assess and evaluate students' performance to ensure their understanding of curriculum material.
Offer individualized educational support and special learning plans to students in need.
Create and maintain a respectful and fair classroom culture that fosters a stimulating learning environment.
Engage in effective and collaborative communication with parents and colleagues about student progress and experiences.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Possessing a master's degree or an educational specialist degree will be an added advantage. A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience is a must. Appropriate teacher certification is also necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent understanding of child development and the latest education theories and practices.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and enthuse young students.
Ability to manage classes and cope with challenging behavior.
Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching abilities.
