Diversity Strategic Initiative Contract Agreement

  1. Scope of Work

The HR Manager agrees to perform the following services as part of the Diversity Strategic Initiative:

  1. Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of the current diversity and inclusion landscape within the Company, including employee demographics, existing policies and practices, and employee feedback.

  1. Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive Diversity Strategic Plan that includes clear objectives, actionable initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.

  1. Training and Education: Implement diversity and inclusion training programs for all employees and management to promote awareness and understanding of diversity-related issues.

  1. Recruitment and Retention: Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce, including reviewing hiring practices, promoting diversity in recruitment efforts, and establishing mentorship and advancement opportunities for underrepresented groups.

  1. Communication: Create a communication plan to engage employees in the Diversity Strategic Initiative, including regular updates, feedback mechanisms, and opportunities for employees to share their experiences and insights.

  1. Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives, providing regular reports to Company leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

  1. Compliance: Ensure that all diversity and inclusion efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations.


  1. Term
