Term of Employment

Work Schedule

    A. Short Breaks: Two 15-minute paid breaks are allowed during each 8-hour shift.

    B. Meal Breaks: A 30-minute unpaid meal break is mandatory for shifts exceeding 5 hours.

  1. Overtime and Time Off

    A. Overtime Approval: Overtime must be approved in advance by the supervisor.
    B. Time Off Requests: Requests for time off should be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are subject to approval based on operational needs.

  1. Remote Work and Travel

    A. Remote Work: This position does not allow for remote work.
    B. Travel: Occasional travel to other locations within the wildlife reserve may be required and will be compensated as per company policy.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Termination
