Free Basic Settlement

I. Introduction

This settlement agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Your Name], represented by [Plaintiff's Legal Representative] and [Defendant], represented by [Defendant's Legal Representative], collectively referred to as the "Parties".

II. Recitals
